Tylor Padilla, Service Manager & Veteran
As Service Manager, Miguel brings leadership, discipline, and a strong work ethic to the shop every day. A proud military veteran, he applies the values he learned while serving our country—integrity, accountability, and dedication—to every vehicle that comes through the shop. His extensive automotive knowledge and commitment to quality workmanship help ensure customers receive reliable service they can trust. He takes pride in helping keep families safe on the road and mentoring the team to maintain high standards of service.

Robert Kirkland, Tire Technician/Manager
Robert serves as the Tire Tech Manager at Pit Stop Tire Shop & Service, where he oversees tire service operations and helps ensure customers receive fast, reliable, and professional service. With strong knowledge of tire installation, balancing, repairs, and maintenance, Robert leads by example and works closely with his team to maintain high standards of safety and quality. He is dedicated to keeping the shop running efficiently, training technicians, and providing excellent customer service. His commitment to hard work, attention to detail, and leadership make him a valuable part of the Pit Stop Tire Shop and Service team.
